SUMMARY

The Talent Development Partner serves as a partner in developing organizational capability through high-quality education, leadership development, and professional growth opportunities. This role designs, facilitates, and evaluates learning experiences that strengthen leadership effectiveness, communication skills, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Through strong adult learning knowledge, consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills, this position helps deliver engaging educational solutions for leaders, employees, customers, and stakeholders while serving as an internal consultant on learning and development strategies. 

General Hours of Work: Monday through Friday (Days) 

Exempt/Nonexempt: Exempt (Salaried) 

Department/Unit: Corporate – Human Resources  

Reports To: Executive Director People & Culture 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

  1. Assess organizational and departmental learning needs through consultation, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.  
  2. Designs, develops, and delivers learning experiences that drive behavior change by using a variety of instructional methods that foster discussion, participation, and learner engagement.  
  3. Leads and continuously improves new hire orientation programs and annual education plans aligned with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.  
  4. Develops and implements individualized development planning resources, curates targeted learning opportunities, and partners with leaders to identify skill gaps and create development solutions that support employee growth and organizational needs. 
  5. Designs and facilitates New Leader Onboarding and Leader Foundations programs.  
  6. Creates structured leadership learning pathways for frontline leaders, managers, directors, and high-potential employees. 
  7. Evaluates educational effectiveness through assessments, surveys, completion data, and performance metrics.  
  8. Utilizes learning data and outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.  
  9. Promotes a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing across the organization. 
  10. Maintains learning content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, legal obligations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. 
  11. Supports administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course management, assignments, reporting, compliance tracking, and learner records. 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Adult Learning, Leadership Studies, or a related field required. 
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in learning and development, workforce education, leadership development, training, employee development, or a related field.
