About this Opportunity
The Senior Account Executive (Sr. AE) is a strategic leader responsible for cultivating high-value client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the success of Avel eCare service lines. As the primary liaison to key stakeholders, the Sr. AE oversees strategic account management, resolves complex challenges, and collaborates across departments to optimize service delivery.
This role demands a proactive and results-driven professional adept at navigating dynamic environments and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
- Manage and expand relationships with high-priority clients, acting as the main contact for executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring effective resolution and long-term success.
Client Management
- Lead customer meetings, including executive briefings and service reviews.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to maximize service line adoption and value.
- Oversee service recovery processes, ensuring tailored support strategies for client success.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Innovation teams to align strategies and drive outcomes.
- Mentor Account Executives, fostering professional growth and best practices.
- Work with leadership to refine client segmentation and allocate resources effectively.
Data-Driven Insights
- Analyze performance metrics and industry trends to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Deliver detailed reports on account performance, operational efficiencies, and service utilization.
Advocacy & Representation
- Represent Avel eCare at industry events, promoting service lines and building relationships.
- Advocate for client needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service excellence.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations, with a focus on healthcare or telemedicine.
- Proven success in managing high-value accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
Certifications and Licensure
- Valid driver’s license and insurability under Avel’s automobile liability insurance.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPAM) are a plus.
