SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Data Analyst assists the growth and strategy arm of the Avel eCare operation through complete management of the customer relationship management software, its data architecture, development and analysis of management reports and dashboards. Additionally, supports the operation through market analysis, prospecting activities, and new market entry. The Analyst displays domain expertise, self-direction, and organizational navigation aptitude.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assume complete management of the company’s customer relationship management and ancillary business development software.
- Ensure data in business development systems (CRM, Difinitive, etc.) is architected effectively.
- Create management reports and dashboards as required and ensure timely distribution.
- Ensure leads from marketing and prospecting campaigns are efficiently integrated into CRM and notifications are created to the sales team.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Enablement Team to support market analysis, prospecting campaigns, lead generation, and new market entry.
- Analyze data from business development software to determine effectiveness of sales activities.
- Pipeline building effectiveness.
- Sales cycle effectiveness.
- Develop metrics to measure sales team and sales cycle performance.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commission and bonus schedules for sales team and account management team.
- Create accurate and timely reports on commissions and bonuses as required.
- Distribute reports to required team members in a timely manner.
- Submit final, approved reports to payroll for administration of paychecks within required timeline.
- Market analysis.
- Obtain, organize, and update competitive information.
- Research and catalogue related market intelligence such as hospital system, ACO, GPO affiliations to create priorities in sales targets, market potential, etc.
- Develop key measures for Avel eCare’s value proposition. These measures will be able to quantitatively and dynamically demonstrate the value of Avel eCare to potential and existing clients.
- Manage the sales support efforts at Avel eCare, including supporting the sales and marketing team in crafting strategies for client sales and retention as well as supporting efforts to build national brand of Avel eCare.
- Liaison for Business Development to Finance/Operations
- Create reports, dashboards and maintain accuracy of data pulled from CRM to assist Finance in revenue projections and timelines
- Analysis of multiple growth-trajectory performance improvement (sales conversion, average deal size, cross-selling success, etc.)
- Development of ROI tools with Finance/Operations to gain value proposition

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Data Analytics/Project Management or related field is required.
- 5-7 years of directly related experience with the above Essential Functions is required.
- Experience in health-related field or business to business technology field is preferred.
- 3-5 years Salesforce Administrator experience required.

- Must be able to perform basic operations on a personal computer within the Windows operating system.
