SUMMARY:
The Senior Product Analyst is a key contributor to the Product Team, leveraging data and analytics to inform product strategy, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle and supports workforce planning for product deployment. The role requires researching industry trends and drafting recommendations to guide product strategy and innovation. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams—including Clinical, IT, Business Development, Customer Support, Marketing, and Legal—to ensure products meet consumer needs and organizational goals. The role supports workforce planning by analyzing staffing needs, forecast volumes, and service line requirements to optimize team performance. The Senior Product Analyst will display industry knowledge and business acumen, critical thinking, keen analytical skills, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration to translate complex data into actionable information to drive product and staffing strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides data-driven insights throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to retirement, supporting both product and workforce planning objectives.
- Analyzes data to develop and refine workforce planning models, to meet client and business needs.
- Conducts market intelligence, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintains Product Guides, describing and detailing product features, ROI, key markets and other product attributes.
- Develops and maintains product dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to monitor product performance, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and process execution.
- Drafts proposals and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborates with Product Managers, Technology, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and support development based on customer needs and market trends.
- Analyzes customer feedback, usage data, and financial metrics to assess product value and recommend pricing strategies.
- Executes process improvement initiatives using data analysis and optimization tools to support strategic goals, including workforce efficiency and productivity.
- Supports the design and implementation of new service lines by providing analytical input on business plans, service scope, technology solutions, and pricing models.
- Works independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, cross-functional environment with high attention to detail.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Management/Economics, Healthcare, Public Administration or related field is required.
- Three years of data analytics with demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel as well as Power BI is required.
- Health care or Clinical experience preferred.
